Valencay

Discover Valencay

The Château de Valençay stands in the heart of a 53-hectare landscaped park, on a hillside overlooking the Cher valley.

This jewel of the Loire Valley, whose construction began in the 16th century, is a subtle blend of Renaissance and classicism styles of the 17th and 18th centuries. It is surrounded by beautiful terraced French gardens where swans, peacocks and ducks roam freely. A 4 km circuit through the estate lets you discover 7 remarkable features. Younger children will enjoy the mini-farm, the scent game in the garden or the Grand Labyrinthe de Napoleon, the largest  maze in France.
