The Domaine de Cheverny is a seigneurial property that has belonged to the same family for more than six centuries. During your stay in the heart of the Loire Valley, do not miss the Château de Cheverny.

The castle has remarkably well-preserved furniture and interior fittings. It also served as an inspiration to the cartoonist Hergé, who called it the château de Moulinsart (Marlinspike Hall) in Tintin’s adventures. Cheverny is open to the public and visitors can enjoy all the splendour and delights of castle life. From the Botanical Park to the splendid interior of the Château, from the kennels to the Tintin exhibition and from the gardens to the forest park, the owners invite you to discover a fantastic, authentic and living heritage.
